Consumers looking to buy or sell a home can select from a broad spectrum of options that best meet their needs as REALTORS use a wide variety of creative business models and techniques to differentiate themselves from the competition. Cooperation among REALTORS, after the consumer selects their representative, is essential to making a sale and completing a transaction to settlement. In this course you will meet a panel of REALTORS representing 4 different business models. The goal of the course is to facilitate relationships between brokers of alternative business models by highlighting the common ground that exists between them. The foundation of these relationships is license law, ethics and most importantly, the consumer.

Approved for 2 hours PA Real Estate Continuing Education credit.
Approved for 1.5 hours PA Continuing Legal Education credit.
