Many of the designation and certificate programs offered by the Association of REALTORS® School are designations developed and promoted by the National Association of REALTORS®. The following programs are offered through the efforts of other entities.

Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP):

CSP was designed for specialists in new home sales to enhance their professional image, increase their marketability in the home building industry and sell more homes! It is awarded by the National Association of Home Builders to licensees who:

• Complete the Certified New Home Sales Professional course (3 days or 24 hours) and pass a written exam.
• Complete 2 CE credits very three years.

EcoBroker** (On-Line Only)
It can be easy being “green”. From green cars to green buildings, being environmentally friendly is resonating with more and more of the general public. Now, licensees can essentially become a green REALTOR®. To many the designation is a way for members to marry their strong environmental beliefs with their career in real estate. Furthermore, it allows licensees to stand out to clients who share your passion for the environment. Other benefits include: Increased market share; Differentiation from other licensees; Customers for life; Professional development that builds business; and a designation that a consumer can understand.
