As often as practical, the School seeks to obtain as many applicable credits for each course so that students may earn needed credits while expanding their knowledge base. Courses have been approved for, or submitted for, continuing education credits for real estate (PA and DE) and appraiser license renewal, broker licensing, continuing legal education and/or designations as indicated at the end of each course description. Notice for Recent Licensees:  The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 2010.  The Association of REALTORS School is offering the 7-hour courses Real World Real Estate-General Module and Real World Real Estate-Residential Module to meet this requirement.
