Short Sales and Foreclosures: What Buyer's Representatives Need to Know
With the increase of short sale and foreclosure listings, today’s buyer representative needs to be knowledgeable about the unique processes involved with these transactions to best serve their client. The course enables students to: differentiate between short sales and foreclosures, explain the process of a successful short sale transaction, identify the components of a short sale package, understand the processes and procedures of foreclosure, guide clients who want to purchase short sale or foreclosed properties and counsel buyers on how to prevent short sales and foreclosures.
