Earning a Designation in real estate demonstrates a commitment to taking your real estate career to the next level.  The advanced education opportunities listed below not only help you stand out from other agents, but more importantly provide critical information on skills, techniques and issues that will practically help you with your clients, your colleagues and the transaction.

The Association of REALTORS® School offers numerous opportunities to attend the most popular Designation courses.  We offer a state-of-the-art classroom, expert instructors and topics that will make a difference to your real estate career.  In addition to earn credit towards a Designation, all of our Designation courses have been approved or submitted for mandatory continuing education credit for Pennsylvania Real Estate license renewal.  Additionally, most courses in this section will also provide credit toward Delaware Real Estate license renewal and Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education.
