Can’t get enough education? The Association of REALTORS® School is making it easier and more affordable than ever to complete your continuing education requirements for the 2010-2012 PA Real Estate license renewal. SWRA members and non-members can purchase the MCE Season Pass and take unlimited standard continuing education courses* at no additional cost! Using the $125 pass for these classes automatically saves you at least $25 and more importantly, you continue to realize more savings the more free MCE classes you take!
$125 unlimited mandatory continuing education between July 1, 2011 – March 31, 2012
Sign up today for the MCE Season Pass and begin realizing savings right away by taking an unlimited number of MCE classes through our school for courses registered on or after July 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. At the very least, you can save $25 on the needed 14 hours and realize even more significant savings with any additional courses you take.
How Does the Pass Work?
Purchase the MCE Season Pass for $125 through the Association of REALTORS® School. Then, anytime you register over the phone or in person for an Association of REALTORS® School class, indicate that you are an MCE Season Pass holder. You will then be registered for FREE for that class. All SWRA members and non-members are welcome to participate. Note: you must pre-register for classes to receive them for free.
How Do I Save?
Currently, to take two 7-hour continuing education courses at our school, you would spend $75 per class for a total of $150. Or, taking four 3½ classes would cost you $180. Using the $125 pass for these classes automatically saves you $25. And, more importantly, you continue to realize more savings the more free MCE classes you take beyond the mandatory 14 hours.
*Are There Any Restrictions?
The only major restriction is that the MCE Season Pass provides free registration only for standard classroom MCE courses conducted solely by the Association of REALTORS® School until March 31, 2012. Courses offered in partnership with other entities are excluded, including all online courses.
If you are interested in taking Designation or broker licensing courses, you will still pay a registration fee. However, as a special benefit for Season Pass Holders, you will receive an additional 10% discount off the regular registration fee for most Designation and broker licensing courses. The online MCE and Designation classes are excluded.
Terms and Conditions:
- The MCE Season Pass is active on the date of purchase through March 31, 2012. The pass cannot be used for classes held after the expiration date.
- The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Only the individual who purchases the MCE Season Pass can use it for participating courses.
- Individuals must indicate they are Season Pass Holders when registering over the phone or in person at the Association and cannot use the pass when registering online.
- Pre-registration for MCE Season Pass holders is required.
- The Association of REALTORS School retains the right to suspend MCE Pass benefits if benefits are abused by individuals, including repeatedly registering for classes and not attending.
