First-Time Renewal MCE Courses
Did you receive your Pennsylvania real estate license on or after December 1, 2009? Then the Real World Real Estate program is for you. The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all new salespersons are to complete 14 hours of prescribed education during their first continuing education cycle. Real World Real Estate satisfies this requirement.
Through both a 7-hour General Module and a 7-hour Residential Module, the Real World Real Estate program is designed to provide students with a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of real estate practice. It will bridge the gap between textbook licensing education and the real world of real estate. And help you meet the state education requirements.
