MCE > Navigating Multiple Offers Without Injury to Client or REALTOR®

About: This class explores the client/realtor dynamics that are in play when multiple offers occur and the guidelines that you have available to you through the Code of Ethics to work through presenting the offers. Staying firm on your fiduciary responsibilities and treating all parties fairly and ethically while under the pressure of competing parties’ demands in an often highly emotional setting can be challenging. This course will hopefully leave you a lot more aware of the pitfalls and Dos and Don’ts. The greater end result will be that you are clearly perceived by clients and colleagues as a highly professional Realtor who is a pleasure to do business with. In a referral based business, who could ask for more?
