Continuing Education for Appraisal License Renewal
Similar to our real estate renewal curriculum, the Association of REALTORS® School also offers a comprehensive list of appraisal courses to make it convenient and cost effective for appraisal licensees to further their expertise while completing the education requirements. Every two years, Appraisers are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education and our curriculum features both required courses (USPAP and PA Appraiser Statutes) and elective courses to reach the required 28 hours. The current renewal deadline for PA Appraisal licensees is June 30, 2013.
The following courses have been approved or submitted for mandatory continuing education credit for Pennsylvania Appraisal license renewal and Pennsylvania Real Estate license renewal (unless noted otherwise). Additionally courses in this section may provide you credit toward Delaware Real Estate license renewal and Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education.
