The renewal of a Pennsylvania Broker License is similar to that of a salesperson. Every two years, a licensee must complete 14 hours of approved continuing education and remit payment to the state for the renewal of the license. The current renewal period is 2010-2012 (May 31, 2012 is the deadline).
