Develops and gains approval for the strategic plan, budget and mission of the Association and directs it implementation. Develops staff members who will be knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate business while delivering the highest level of customer service. Represents the School as the Real Estate Commission-approved School Director, and ensures compliance with related Rules and Regulations.
