The governing body of the Suburban West REALTORS® Association is a Board of Directors consisting of twelve Directors. Ten Directors, including the Officers, are REALTOR® Members of the Association elected by the membership. One Director is an Affiliate Member of the Association elected by the membership, and one appointed Director chosen by the 11 members elected Board of Directors to serve a two-year term. This position is may be a REALTOR ® Member of the Association, an Affiliate Member of the Association, or a non-REALTOR ® Director from the general public, chosen because of their expertise pertaining to matters relating to the real estate industry . Directors are elected to serve for terms of two years. Terms for the Officers and Directors are limited to three two-year terms.

Bill McFalls, Jr., ABR, CRS, GRI
Chairman-elect of the Board
A member since 1993, Bill is the broker-owner of Realty Executives in West Chester. Bill currently serves on the Association’s Professional Standards Committee as an Appeals Panelist. He wants to continue to promote and increase member involvement in the organization as well as creating more opportunities for members to stay abreast of market and industry issues. This is Bill’s fourth year serving on the Board.

Tyler Wagner
Chairman-elect of the Board
A member since 2004, Tyler is a licensed broker with Wagner Real Estate, Inc. in Havertown. Tyler currently serves as an Association Liaison with his office and has presented at the Association’s Starbucks sessions. He is interested in helping to improve the perception of real estate and the REALTOR® within the community through communications and education. This is Tyler’s second year serving on the Board.

Andrew Wetzel, ABR, GRI, e-PRO
Secretary/Treasurer of the Board
A member since 1996, Andrew is a licensed agent with Century 21 Alliance in Havertown. Previously, he was Chairman of the Association’s Grievance Committee. He has been active with the Professional Standards Committee for the past several years, and is the Association Liaison for his office. Andrew hopes to ensure that all REALTORS® know the “value” of what our Board has to offer (such as Mediation, training, etc.), help to enhance the public perception of REALTORS®, and increase the member’s awareness of the Code of Ethics and the Standards of Professionalism. This is Andrew’s third year serving on the Board.

Judith Alignan, GRI
A member since 1998, Judith is an Associate Broker with Weichert REALTORS®, managing their West Chester office. Judith is interested in contributing back to the Association and its members by helping to promote the value of education and raise the bar of professionalism for all REALTORS®. This is Judith’s second year serving on the Board.

Dave Brant, GRI
A member since 1998, Dave is an associate broker with Weichert REALTORS® in West Chester and is the Regional Manager for his company’s lead network system. Dave served as Chairman of the Board in 2007 and is currently leading the Association’s Professionalism Advisory Council. Dave also currently serves as a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, as a Director for the Suburban REALTORS® Alliance and on the National Association of REALTORS®’ Housing Opportunities Committee. This is Dave’s fifth year serving on the Board.

Beth Endrizzi, ABR
A member since 1998, Beth is a licensed salesperson with Century 21 Alliance in Folsom. Beth currently serves on Suburban West’s Greivance Committee, Professional Standards Committee and as an Association Liaison for her office. She also serves as a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®. As a member of the Board of Directors, Beth plans on helping further educate the members of the tools and resources available to them from Suburban West and educate the public on the high standard of professionalism REALTORS® are held to. This is Beth’s first year serving on the Board.

Terry Kirkwood, CRS, GRI
A member since 1988, Terry is an associate broker with Duffy Real Estate in St. David's, managing the office. She currently serves on the Association’s Professional Standards Committee as an Appeals Panelist and served as Chairman of the Association in 2009. Terry is interested in being a voice for the REALTOR® member and continuing her efforts to advocate professionalism in the industry. This is Terry’s fourth year serving on the Board.

John McFadden, GRI
A member since 1990, John is a multi-licensed broker-owner of RE/MAX Hometown in Media. He has been active with the REALTORS® Education Advisory council and is a former member of the Delaware County Council. He looks forward to playing an active role in helping to shape the industry’s continued development as our business and business models change through more education and networking opportunities from the Association. John is also very involved with various committees throughout the community. This is John’s third year serving on the Board.

Mike McGee, CAE, RCE
A member since 2006, Mike is the Executive Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties. He currently serves as Treasurer for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® subsidiary corporation Business Services in Real Estate Board (BSRE) and as Vice Chair for the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives. He was formerly the President/CEO of the REALTORS Legislative Alliance (now SRA). Mike would like to help the Association create a better business environment for REALTORS to operate and provide them with the tools to help member achieve their potential. This is Mike’s first year serving on the Board.

Dennis Morgan
A member since 1988, Dennis is a licensed salesperson for the Malvern/Paoli office of Prudential Fox & Roach. Dennis currently serves on Suburban West’s Professional Standards Committee. Previously, he served on the Merger Task that combined Delaware Valley REALTORS® Association and Chester County Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) and also served as President of CCAR in 2000. Dennis would like to help the Association to continue to find ways to help members during harder economic conditions and to improve professionalism within the industry. This is Dennis’ first year serving on the Board.

Jim Ryal
A member since 2001, Jim is a licensed salesperson with Prudential Fox & Roach, Haverford Home Marketing Center and specializes in residential resales. Jim currently serves as District 12 Vice President of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS. Jim also served as Chairman of the Association in 2008 and previously served on the Merger/Growth Task Force in 2003. He looks forward to encouraging more members to become active in our Association and to identify ways through professionalism, government affairs and marketing to help members be profitable and at the center of the transaction. This is Jim’s fifth year serving on the Board.
 Kim Wood
A member since 2003, Kim is a licensed salesperson with RE/MAX Main Line in West Chester. With a strong technology background, Kim has recently presented at an Association Starbuck session. Kim is interested in helping the Association and its members be aware of the value of new technologies and how they can be effectively used to engage the consumer. This is Kim’s second year serving on the Board. |
