About the Association |
|
A new and innovative REALTORS® Association became a reality on January 1, 2004. After more than a year of work by hundreds of members, the merger of the Chester County Association of REALTORS® and the Delaware Valley REALTORS® Association was completed, creating the Suburban West REALTORS® Association.
The Suburban West REALTORS® Association is devoted to providing better service and stronger connections to the more than 5,000 REALTORS® in the southern and western suburbs of Philadelphia. In addition to enhancing and improving the standard core benefits of membership, the merger also enables the Association to leverage its increased resources to provide members leading edge products and services.
Members of the largest local REALTORS® association in Pennsylvania have already benefited from a number of service enhancements and programmatic initiatives designed to help them be more successful in an increasingly competitive market. For example, members are benefiting from our increasingly aggressive legislative efforts, improved development and distribution of pertinent information on real estate issues, and our continued commitment to ensuring all members adhere to the exemplary professional standards and ethics necessary for being a REALTOR®.
