Over 70 members were in attendance for the FHA Liaison Starbucks Morning on September 15th. Presenter David McCarraher from the FHA U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development did an excellent job providing useful information to help attendees educate your buyers and sellers on the advantages of FHA loans.

Members also learned what kinds of insured loans FHA offers; how FHA loans compare to sub-prime and conventional loans; FHA’s maximum mortgage limits, borrower characteristics and credit requirements.
