in your real estate business

In other Supra news....a brief reminder that there are ways
to conserve the battery life of your key in between charges. One
frequently used method is turn off the radio function. With the
"radio" on, the key continually seeks out a cellular signal and, in
turn, drains the battery, especially in areas with a weak cell
signal. For other tips, please click
here.
Lastly, a final reminder that the deadline to participate in
the 2 for 1 exchange on all mechanical lockboxes for 1 iBox is March
20 at 5:00 p.m.. The limit for the return is 20 mechanical boxes for
10 iBoxes per person. There will be no exceptions. To view a flyer
with the exchange information, please click

Professionalism Tip: Buyer Presentation Package
Similar to a listing presentation, a buyer presentation
explains your potential representation of the buyer including;
agency, compensation, marketing and other important factors in the
relationship. Previous editions of the Professionalism Tip have
provided tips for building and maintaining the buyer relationship.
Today we present a tip from REALTOR Zeke Spillane.
Zeke recommends including a Consumer Guide to the Agreement
of Sale in your presentation to the buyer. The Consumer Guide can
also be used for Sellers. The Guide gives you an opportunity to
review the Agreement of Sale in an easy format before the emotions
of an actual offer come in to play. Taking the time to do this can
establish your value to the transaction and bring to the forefront
any issues that should be dealt with before an Agreement is
presented for signature. A sample of the Consumer's Guide can be
found here.
Full booklets are available for purchase at the Suburban West
REALTORS Association office. Call 610-560- 4800 to order your copy
today.
Thank you to Zeke Spillane for offering this tip at the
recent Starbucks
Morning and for allowing us to repeat it here for the benefit of
the entire membership. For his efforts, Zeke will receive an
education gift certificate to the Association
of REALTORS School.
