Relationship Training
In real estate, a fortune can be made or lost on the quality
of the relationships you have with clients, other REALTORSŪ, and the
general public. Quality relationships lead to closed transactions
and/or referrals. In Agency;
Definitions, Distinctions & Disclosures, students will
explore the seller, buyer, designated & dual agency and
transaction licensee. They will apply these roles to practical
situations. Students will also discuss the issues relating to the
consumer notice, substantive discussion and comparative market
analysis. This course is an opportunity to learn and evaluate your
practices for compliance with the law and the Code of Ethics. Attend
class on February 4th by registering
online today or call the school at 610-560-4900.

Safety Tip A
year-long series of brief recommendations to promote REALTOR safety
in the office and out in the field.
Plan ahead with a distress code. Establish a voice
distress code, a secret word or phrase that is not commonly used but
can be worked into any conversation in cases where you feel that you
are in danger. Use this if the person you are with can overhear the
conversation, but you don't want to alarm them. Example: "Hi, this
is Jennifer. I'm with Mr. Henderson at the Elm Street listing. Could
you e-mail me the RED FILE?"
