The Suburban West REALTORS® Association is elated to announce the inception of the Distinguished Achievement Program. This new program is a FREE non-credit program which is open to all REALTOR® members of the Association. It is based on the principle that the Association and the community need active members who strive to build knowledge, skills and integrity. The Program provides an opportunity to those REALTORS® who wish to make a difference in their Association and in their communities.

BENEFITS OF DISTINGUISHED ACHIEVEMENT:

• Receive ample Association recognition and local media attention
  
• Obtain a unique pin and Recognition plaque
  

GUIDELINES FOR OBTAINING DISTINGUISHED ACHIEVEMENT STATUS:

• Candidates must be current REALTOR® members of Suburban West with no ethics or license law violations within 3 years of submitting the Participant Data Form
  
• Complete and submit Application to signify intent to participate in the program
  A minimum number of points must be obtained from each section of the Participant Data Form
  
• The Participant Data Form may be submitted any time after Application, however, it is reviewed only on an annual basis after the yearly November 30 deadline
  
• To continue enrollment in the program, members must be recertified every 2 years by completing the Recertification Form and the Follow – Up Evaluation

This idea behind this program was derived from our Professionalism Advisory Council. This group of active members were brought together to guide the Association in the development and delivery of meaningful programs and services to foster increased professionalism within our region. The Council’s strategic discussions, along with an unwavering commitment from Association leadership, has lead them to develop effective initiatives to assist REALTORS® in delivering extraordinary and exemplary professional services to achieve the highest possible level of proficiency.
