Options to Learn About the New Agreement of Sale - Within the next couple of weeks, PAR will be releasing the latest version of the Agreement of Sale. There are significant changes incorporated into the document that benefit both you, your broker and the ultimately the client. To learn more about these changes and how they may impact you, there are a few options: 1)PAR has developed a series of free podcasts that highlights the changes of the new form; 2) You can access a sample form on PAR’s website; and 3) Consider attending one of the Association of REALTORS School’s upcoming Agreement of Sale MCE courses being held 2/19 at Rosemont College and 3/20 at Suburban West REALTORS. |
